Shipping

Shipping cost is calculated at the checkout step. For Republic of Ireland (ROI) customers, standard flat rate postage is €5. There is free delivery orders over €50 for customers in the Republic of Ireland.

Your order will be posted 2-4 working days of placing the order. If in the highly unlikely occasion that over 2 weeks has passed and you have not yet received your order, please get in touch.

International orders may be subject to applicable customs and import fees, which are the responsibility of the importer. Orders shipped to the USA will incur a 15% tariff, also payable by the importer.

Return & Exchange Policy

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact me immediately if the items is defective or damaged, so that the issue can be resolved.

If, in the rare case, your product arrives damaged, please send an email explaining the issue along with an attached photo of the product attached. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund or replacement. For hygiene reasons, I regret that I cannot accept the return of earrings. This does not affect your statutory rights.
